Privacy Policy.

saasclips.com (“saasclips”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Prem, an independent developer based in Malaysia. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We wrote it ourselves, in plain language.

What we collect

• Your email — when you sign in. Stored by Supabase (our auth provider) and used to identify your account.
• URLs you paste — we fetch the page to pull its headline, screenshot, and meta tags so we can build videos. We store the URL against your account so you can see your launch history.
• Generated videos — MP4s you create. We stream them back to you at render time. We do not retain MP4s on disk after delivery.
• Billing details — if you subscribe, Stripe handles your card. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never the card number.
• Basic request logs — IP, user agent, request paths, kept for up to 30 days for abuse prevention and debugging.

We do not use analytics trackers, ad pixels, or cross-site cookies. No data goes to advertisers.

Who we share it with

• Supabase — auth and database (EU/US regions). supabase.com/privacy
• Stripe — payment processing. stripe.com/privacy
• Hetzner Cloud — server hosting (Germany). hetzner.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Google — if you sign in with Google, your Google profile email is shared with us through OAuth.

We never sell your data. We do not share data with anyone outside the processors listed above.

Cookies

We set one essential cookie for your login session (Supabase auth). That is the only cookie. No tracking, no marketing.

Your rights

• See the data we hold on you — email premstroke95@gmail.com
• Correct any of it — same email
• Delete your account and associated data — same email, we do it within 7 days
• Export your launch history — we will send you a JSON on request

If you are in the EU/UK, you also have rights under GDPR including lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you are in California, you have CCPA rights. Email us to exercise any of them.

Data retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active, plus one year after you delete it for tax and audit reasons, then purged. Request logs roll off after 30 days.

Children

saasclips is not for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will email active users and update the “last updated” date above.
